I discovered my love for cycling when I was looking for ways to get in shape and loose some excess weight. It quickly turned into more than to weight loss but a love for the sport.
Before I knew it I had upgraded my bike from a cheap store bought bike to a decent Giant mountain bike and started planning daily rides. In total I have lost over 15 kilos and you can find me riding between 15 and 25 miles per day.
I started this blog to share my passion and the things I have learnt along the way. You will find articles on everything and anything to do with cycling such as guides, tips, health and dieting advice for bikers and much more, plus reviews on some of the best bike accessories that I have used.
